Help! I need somebody!

Many of you may or may not know the Beatles' song, "Help!", but the words to the music ask the listener to give them a helping hand. In fact, one chorus in the song sings:

"Help me if you can, I'm feeling down
And I do appreciate you being round.
Help me, get my feet back on the ground,
Won't you please, please help me"

Never feel alone. What a lot of people do not know, though, is that each of us have someone special to reach out to when we need it the most. That individual is the Angel of Guidance, Archangel Gabriel. His name actually means, "God is my strength." If you ask for help, Angel Gabriel will guide you while you are at work or at play. No matter where you are or what you are doing, this guiding angel will be there at your side if only you mention his name.

Why do I need Angel Gabriel? There are going to be times in your life when you may feel sad, alone or lost. When you do, you might not always have a physical shoulder to lean upon. It is in those dark and quiet moments when you could really use a friend. I want you to know that the best friend you could ever ask for is Angel Gabriel. Gabriel will never judge you. He will never steer you wrong. He will lend a shoulder to cry on, a smile to give you hope and the strength to carry on. With Gabriel, you will not have to travel to a distant place or time. You do not have to buy a membership to a club. You do not have to jump through hoops or run a marathon - you only have to ask in his name and he will come to your aid. You must only have faith and believe that Gabriel is there. This I promise you - he will never let you down.

"But I don't believe in angels...that's just a bunch of made-up stuff." I have heard that once or twice before. It is sometimes difficult to understand the things that we do not physically see. We have oxygen that we breathe and yet we do not see it; but it is what keeps us alive. We do not see the Sun at night, yet we know it will appear in the morning. We do not see the mega-mouth shark when we are at the beach, yet we know it is swimming in the depths of the ocean. We cannot physically see "love" yet we can feel it. And that is a part of how angels appear to us - through love and faith; and a knowingness that they are there even when we do not see them. Like all angels, Gabriel can be felt in your heart, and in the depths of your soul. He is ready and willing to assist you when you open your heart to receive his love, his strength and his guidance.

In the movie, Angels in the Outfield, George Knox says, "You can call it faith, you can call it angels, you can call it whatever you want." I want you to know that angels are always watching, and when you need some help, ask Gabriel to be at your side. Like Knox said, you can call it whatever you want, but we all know that anything is possible if you only believe.
