STORE POLICY: For Individual Consumers

Child Like Creations Store is the official on-line store for CLC merchandise in the United States and Canada. At this time, CLC ships only to the United States and Canada. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we hope to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. Here's some information that may help: 

You may request FedEx 3-day delivery service for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada orders ship via USPS. For FedEx international priority delivery, add $45.00. Please note that Canadian import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon receipt of the order. All International/Foreign orders are subject to local taxes payable upon receipt of order and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please see the table below for our standard shipping charges. 

All product lines are returnable if damaged upon notification to our office, otherwise, all sales are final. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product or size, we will work with you so you are satisfied. You must first call CLC at (941) 954-9001 to receive authorization to return any merchandise. 

Please Note: There is a 25% re-stocking fee and the product must NOT be worn and be returned within 2 weeks from date of delivery after you receive the authorization number. Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Please note that we do not accept returns for discounted merchandise. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip in all returns. 

If your package is returned to CLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, due to your error or because attempts for delivery were made and the recipient was not available to sign for package if they requested a signature, there will be a $5.00 reshipping fee that will apply if you would like for the package to be reshipped. If you decide to cancel an order once the package has been shipped back to CLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, then you will be re-credited for the amount of the items less the 25% re-stocking fee and the shipping and handling costs. 

Defective Items
If an item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, we will be glad to replace it. Call us at (941) 954-9001 between 10am and 4pm EST or send an email to info@childlikecreations.com so we can coordinate returning your defective item and delivering a replacement. Please note All Merchandise has been checked for quality control prior to shipping

Your Privacy CLC respects your privacy. The information we collect is that which allows us to fulfill your order and communicate with you about it. For more information about any information collected please see the privacy policy. 

Usage
All images and text found on Childlikecreations.com are created and owned by Child Like Creations, LLC. Usage of these items is restricted to sites owned and operated by Child Like Creations. These images or descriptions may not be used for other business endeavors, or even for personal use on auctions sites.
